This is not a defected product. T.T
The gap between the lock and metal will appear loose initially, it is actually normal. The lock will connect nicely after the screws at the 4 corners of the gate are tightened properly. Do consult our friendly customer service team for video guidance.
*Important Note 1* : This is an very awesome gate BUT kindly DO NOT buy this safety gate with other items from our shop in 1 order except for the gate extension. This is because the parcel will be too big to post and courier company will reject the parcel.

If you want a gate with extension, kindly add the safety gate to your cart and then add to your cart the extension length you want. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
